MODERNO Return and Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund, provided it is returned in proper condition with the accessories supplied.

To arrange a return, contact us with your order number or proof of purchase. You can bring the item to our shop or ask us how to send it back. Please contact us before arranging a courier so we can confirm the return method and any transport cost.

Once we receive the item, we’ll check its condition and confirm your refund. We’ll refund the amount you paid for the returned item, including any discount applied to your order. Refunds will be made using an agreed secure payment method and processed within 30 days of a valid cancellation.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll help resolve the issue in line with your rights under applicable law. The 14-day return offer does not limit those rights.
