MODERNO Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy from the MODERNO online store. Please read the product details, total price and delivery information before placing an order.

Products and prices

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product availability may change. Prices are shown in Ugandan shillings (UGX), and the price and any discount displayed at checkout apply to your order. If we cannot supply an item you have paid for, we will contact you and offer a refund.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details so we can process your order and reach you if needed. You may use the payment methods available at checkout. If you choose Flutterwave for mobile money, follow the payment instructions shown during checkout and approve the payment on your phone. We will never ask you to share your mobile money PIN.

Delivery and collection

Delivery around Kampala is free. We aim to deliver within one day during our working hours, 8:00 am–7:00 pm, once your order and location are confirmed. If your location is outside Kampala, provide your full location and phone number. We will call you to confirm delivery availability, timing and any cost before arranging delivery. No additional delivery cost will be charged without your agreement.

You may also contact us about collecting your order from Kyato Complex, Shop B2-13.

Returns and refunds

You may return goods within 14 days of receiving them if they are in proper condition with the accessories supplied. Contact us with your order number or proof of purchase so we can arrange the return. Please read our Return and Refund Policy for the full process. Your rights under applicable law remain in place if goods are faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered.
